This policy explains how Stage Two Performance LLC (“Stage 2”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, sign up for updates, or contact us. Purchases of Stage 2 products are completed on Amazon, so information you give Amazon when you buy is handled under Amazon’s own privacy notice.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address when you sign up for updates, and your name, email, order number and message when you contact us.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical details such as browser and device type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
• Cookies and similar tools. Small files that keep the site working and help us understand how it is used. See Cookies & analytics below.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and support requests.
• To send product updates, availability news and new batch information, if you signed up for them.
• To understand what is working on the site and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies so the site works, and analytics tools that tell us, in aggregate, which pages people visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended if you do.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and analytics providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Emails. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
• Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We are based in Toronto, and your information may be processed in Canada and the United States. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

We want everyone to be able to learn about Stage 2, check our test results and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

• Clear page structure with headings, landmarks and labelled forms.
• Full keyboard access, with a visible focus outline on every link and button.
• Text alternatives for product and lifestyle images.
• Colour contrast checked for body text and buttons.
• Animations calm down when reduced motion is turned on in your device settings.
• Lab results are shown as text on the Testing page, not only as images or PDFs.

Known limits

Some original lab report PDFs come from third parties and may not be fully accessible. The same results are available as text on our Testing page. Purchases happen on Amazon, whose site we do not control.
